Warranty & After-Sales Service
We want your e-bike/e-motorcycle to run safely and for a long time. If you have any problems, our team will help you with diagnostics, parts, repairs, or replacements, as appropriate.
Applicable guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity (EU consumers)
- Duration: 2 years from delivery.
- Covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
- Free remedy: repair or replacement; failing that, price reduction or resolution.
Commercial warranty (included)
- Frame/Chassis/Motor/Controller: 24 months against defects in materials or workmanship.

Li-ion battery: 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Normal loss of autonomy is expected; intervention if capacity drops < 70% of initial capacity within 12 months (excluding misuse). - Charger, screen, sensors, brakes: 12 months (manufacturing defect).
Warranties apply for use in accordance with the manual and the waterproof limits (IP rating).
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear: tires, pads/discs, chain/belt, grips, saddle, etc.
- Accident/fall, immersion beyond IP rating, corrosion, sand/dust, overvoltage, battery storage outside recommended ranges.
- Modifications (unbridling, third-party firmware/controller), improper installation of accessories.
- Missing maintenance (e.g. brake bleeding, screw tightening).
- Serial number altered/removed.
Spare parts & repairability
Availability of spare parts for at least 24 months after purchase. Repair in our technical center or sending of parts with tutorials when the repair is simple and secure.
After-sales service procedure
- Open a ticket via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
- Include: order number, serial number, date of purchase, precise description, photos/video (and error log if available).
- Diagnosis within 24–48 working hours.

Solution :
- Under warranty: part, workshop repair or replacement. Return transport covered when the defect is covered.
- Out of warranty: detailed quote (parts, labor, transport).
- Average time after receipt by the workshop: 7 to 14 working days (depending on parts availability).
Never return a Li-ion battery without our agreement: we provide the appropriate label and packaging (hazardous materials).
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If you notice a defect within 14 days of delivery, please report it immediately with photos/videos. After DOA validation: standard exchange or refund (depending on your choice and availability).
Maintenance & proper use
- Battery : Daily use between 20% and 80%; storage > 1 month at 40–60% and 10–25°C; avoid < 0°C and > 45°C during charging.
- Cleaning : no high pressure jet.
- Screws : regular checks (manufacturer torques).
- Brakes : running in then bleeding according to manual.
- Updates : only those validated by the seller.
- Regulations : some powerful models are not road-approved ; private/off-road use if not approved.
Shipping costs
- Under warranty (covered defect) : covered by the seller (return label provided).
- Out of warranty / usage error / absence of anomaly : at the customer's expense (outward and return).
